About the Owner

  • Clyde Don, has almost 2 decades of experience in food, agro-technology and (bio-)polymers

  • Special attention for the physical properties of proteins: wheat proteins, muscle proteins, collagen and zein.  

  • BSc in Polymer Science, MSc in Chemical Engineering, PhD in Food Science
